This payment policy explains how Sirisha Fashion operates its payment procedures and how we strive to meet your expectations with every order. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a returning customer, we want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory, right from placing your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. 

We collect payments in two methods.

CASH ON Delivery: When Customer selects this option also terms as “COD” customer will pay for product when shipment arrives on his doorstep. We collect additional COD handling charges for this method.

Online Pay: We are using third party payment processor for online payments. You can pay using UPI, credit, debit or Net Banking options on our payment gateway.

If payment gets stuck due to network issue or connectivity we will refund your payment as per refund policy in 15 working days or earlier provided proof of payment.
